Welcome to Browsilla. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Browsilla browser extension ("the Service") provided by Growthpaca GmbH ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using Browsilla, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Browsilla is a browser extension that replaces your new tab page with a productivity dashboard featuring tasks, bookmarks, weather information, and inspirational quotes. The Service is provided free of charge.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Browsilla, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Browsilla, you agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growthpaca GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Browsilla at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability
